For your convenience, we enclose instructions
with each mask for its use, care, and display. When you receive your mask
from us, it is in the same condition in which we received it from the
warehouse. Most mass-produced
rubber Halloween masks are warehoused and shipped from the manufacturers flat
without any sort of stuffing. Occasionally this flattening will cause some
slight warping in the mask. This happens to all rubber masks to some extent,
and is not considered a “defect” in the product. By following our instructions, you can easily
return your mask to its original molded shape, as well as correct any minor
distortions in the rubber material incurred
during storage.
